Our Coffee is locally roasted through a roaster named Tommy Faulk. His passion for roasting came long before us and is shown through his business Rue de Cafe. From the precise balance of time and temperature to the attention given to every roast profile, his process is designed to highlight natural sweetness, vibrant notes, and smooth complexity.

If you’re looking for great coffee in the heart of Breaux Bridge, you’ll find it at Pont Breaux Coffee House. My wife and I made our first visit there recently to meet up with family, and it was the perfect setting to catch up. The space is beautifully restored and radiates such a cozy, authentic charm. I was especially impressed by the menu; there are so many great coffee options that everyone in our group was able to find something that perfectly matched their taste. The coffee was excellent, and the atmosphere is just top-notch. It’s exactly the kind of local business that makes our small towns so special.

I stopped in this morning for a latte, and it was perfectly made—rich and smooth. This new coffee house is friendly and welcoming. It's a great place to do some work or visit with friends. Plenty of seating options, including a great window bar for people-watching.
